药源性肝病(药肝)是药物治疗过程中肝脏受药物毒性损害或发生过敏所致的疾病。近年,发病率日趋上升,已引起临床同道广泛重视。本文就我院10年来发现的49例药肝作一回顾性分析。
Drug-induced liver disease (drug liver) is the drug treatment of liver damage by drug toxicity or allergies caused by the disease. In recent years, the incidence has been on the rise, which has aroused widespread concern in clinical fellow. This article made a retrospective analysis of 49 cases of drug liver found in our hospital over the past 10 years.
