中国农业成人教育考察团一行7人,于1998年9月2日至15日赴韩国进行培训与考察。通过考察学习,对韩国的社会、经济、工业、农业、教育和环保等方面的发展,留下了深刻的印象。特别是韩国卓有成效地开展成人教育,以及成人教育的法制建设、教育形式、社会效果等方面的经验,对我国大力发展农业成人教育均有较大的启示。 一、韩国的成人教育概况 韩国的成人教育从其形式上可分为社会教育、职业训练和成人基础教育。
A delegation of 7 members of China Agricultural Adult Education Study Tour went to South Korea for training and study from September 2 to September 15, 1998. Through study tours, I was impressed by developments in social, economic, industrial, agricultural, educational and environmental protection in South Korea. In particular, South Korea’s successful adult education, as well as the legal education for adult education, the forms of education, social effects and other experiences have greatly inspired our country to develop agricultural adult education. I. Overview of Adult Education in South Korea Adult education in South Korea can be divided into social education, vocational training and adult basic education in its form.
