近年来,我国医疗事故问题频频见诸报端,在社会上引起了强烈的反响。为此,国家专门出台了《医疗事故技术鉴定暂行办法》用以解决逐年增多的医疗事故问题。 但是,世界上并不只是中国存在医疗纠纷问题,甚至有一些国家还相当严重。因此本刊特地辑录了德国、俄罗斯在处理医疗事故方面的一些做法和经验,以及今年发生在印度的一起医疗纠纷案例,希望藉此对我国解决此类问题有一定的帮助和借鉴作用。
In recent years, medical malpractice problems in China have been frequently reported to the newspapers, which has caused a strong response in society. To this end, the state has issued a “Interim Measures for the Medical Accident Technical Appraisal” to solve the problem of increasing medical malpractices year by year. However, the world is not just a matter of medical disputes in China, and even some countries are quite serious. Therefore, the journal has specially compiled some of the practices and experiences of Germany and Russia in dealing with medical accidents, as well as a case of medical disputes that took place in India this year. We hope to use this to help our country solve such problems.
