目的探讨整合型HBV-DNA前C区基因突变与肝细胞癌的关系。②方法应用聚合酶链反应-单链构象多态技术,对29例肝癌、12例慢性肝硬化和14例非肝病病人的肝组织内整合型HBV-DNA前C区进行突变分析。③结果肝癌、肝硬化和正常肝组织中整合型HBV-DNA阳性率分别为96.55%,66.67%和14.29%,组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=29.43,P<0.001),3组整合型HBV-DNA前C区突变率分别为41.6%,25.0%和0,组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=12.44,P<0.05)。④结论肝组织中整合型HBV-DNA前C区突变与肝细胞癌的发生和发展相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HBV DNA pre-C gene mutation and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods The polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) was used to analyze the mutation of the pre-HBV DNA integrated region in 29 liver cancer patients, 12 chronic liver cirrhosis patients and 14 non-liver disease patients. Results The positive rates of integrated HBV-DNA in hepatocellular carcinoma, cirrhosis and normal liver tissues were 96.55%, 66.67% and 14.29%, respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 29.43, P <0.001). The mutation rates of the pre-C region of integrated HBV-DNA in three groups were 41.6%, 25.0% and 0 respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 12.44, P <0. 05). ④ Conclusion The integration of HBV-DNA pre-C mutation in liver tissue is related to the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
