“因材施教”是新课改对广大一线教师提出的一项重要要求,同时也是我国古代教育代代传承下来的“灵魂教法”。要落实因材施教,教师必须要通过分层教学,按“材”的差异将学生划分成不同的类型,继而针对不同类型的学生采取不同的教育方法。本文基于中职数学教学实践,对分层教学的设计与实施进行了探讨。
“Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude ” is an important requirement put forward by the new curriculum reform for teachers in the front line. It is also the “soul teaching method” inherited from ancient China’s education. To implement teaching students according to their aptitudes, teachers must classify students into different types according to the differences in teaching and adopt different education methods for different types of students. Based on the practice of teaching mathematics in secondary vocational schools, this article discusses the design and implementation of teaching in different levels.
