随着社会经济的发展,慢性非传染性疾病(慢性病)已成为越来越严重的公共卫生问题,且慢性病是病因复杂、病程长、多数难以治愈的疾病,起病隐匿,病程迁延不愈,严重损害健康〔6,8〕。武汉铁路局辖区县级及以下站区共164个,有近万名铁路职工。为了解铁路沿线站区职工健康状况及慢性病的分布,对沿线线路工人的健康状况进行了抽查。文章分析了7 669名铁路线路工人健康状况及慢性病患病情况。

The article analyzed the health status of 7,669 railway line workers and the prevalence of chronic diseases.
