通过通过调查法、访谈法等对2008年广东省学生定向运动锦标赛普通高校定向运动队进行调查与分析。结果表明:广东省各高校运动员训练年限较短,基本知识掌握不牢;教练员能胜任训练工作,但训练方法和手段有待提高;学校对运动队重视程度中等,训练经费投入有限等问题,针对上述现状,提出了相应的发展对策,旨在推动广东省各高校定向运动队可持续发展。
Through the investigation and interview methods, we conducted a survey and analysis on the Orienteering Teams of Guangdong Provincial Students Orienteering Championships in 2008. The results show that the athletes in colleges and universities in Guangdong Province have a short training time and a poor grasp of basic knowledge. Coaches are capable of training, but training methods and means need to be improved. Schools attach a lot of importance to sports teams and training funds are limited. The above situation, put forward the corresponding development strategy, aimed at promoting the sustainable development of sports teams in Guangdong Province.
