安全教育是新时期的客观需要。温室效应、环境污染、交通事故、疾病流行等,随时威胁着人类的安全与健康。据统计,安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因。中小学生因安全事故、食物中毒、溺水等死亡的,平均每天有40多人,就是说几乎每天有一个班的学生在“消失”。可见,培养学生的安全事故防范与自救能力就成了共同关注和亟须解决的重要问题。
Safety education is an objective need of the new era. Greenhouse effect, environmental pollution, traffic accidents, epidemics and so on, threatening the safety and health of mankind at any time. According to statistics, safety accidents have become the first cause of death for children and adolescents under the age of 14. The average number of primary and secondary school students who die as a result of accidents, food poisoning and drowning is more than 40 per day, which means that there are students who have classes in almost every day. It can be seen that cultivating students’ ability to prevent and rescue accidents is a common issue that needs to be resolved urgently.
