因前期动物试验的大量成功,骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)移植治疗脑梗死现已投入临床研究实验,并作为新型有效的治疗手段越来越受关注。而治疗脑梗死时多采用多药物联合治疗,比如溶栓抗凝类药物、抗血小板聚集药物、神经保护剂、其他干细胞、活血化瘀类中成药及其他药物等,而这些药物对于BMSCs移植脑梗死时会有怎样的相互作用,是非常值得研究的问题,对临床治疗也相当有指导意义。
