为了适应市场经济的要求和同国际惯例接轨的需要,今年以来,新税制正式运行了,两套税务机构顺利分设了。这标志着我国税制改革迈出了坚实的一步。作为地方基层税务局,在新税制正式运行,特别是机构分设后,有许多新情况、新问题,需要去研究、探讨、解决,当前至关重要的是抓好两套税务机构的干部队伍建设。只有造就特别能战斗的干部队伍,才能担当起历史赋予我们的重任。 第一,当前重点应提高税务干部的适应能
