用 HPLC法测定泻痢停片中磺胺甲口恶唑和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的含量。色谱柱为 C18柱 ,流动相为 0 .0 5mol/LKH2 PO4 - 0 .0 5mol/L Na2 HPO4 -甲醇 ( 2 2∶ 2∶ 15) ,流速为 1.2 ml/min,检测波长为 2 4 0 nm。磺胺甲口恶唑在 2 0～60 μg/ml范围内线性良好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .4 % ( RSD =0 .4 1% ) ;甲氧苄氨嘧啶在 4～ 12 μg/ml范围内线性良好 ,平均回收率为 99.4 % ( RSD =0 .4 1% )。
Determination of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim in Xiliu tablet by HPLC method. The column was C18 with a mobile phase of 0. 05mol / L KH2PO4 - 0. 05mol / L Na2 HPO4 - methanol (2: 2:15) at a flow rate of 1.2 ml / min and a detection wavelength of 240 nm . Sulfamethoxazole was linear over the range of 20-60 μg / ml with an average recovery of 10.0.4% (RSD = 0.41%); trimethoprim at a range of 4-12 μg / ml The internal linearity was good with an average recovery of 99.4% (RSD = 0.41%).
