笔者自1997年～1999年应用针药结合治疗脑积水88例,临床取得了较为满意的疗效,现报告如下。 1 一般资料 治疗组88例,其中男56例,女22例,年龄最大3岁,最小1月,其中交通性60例,非交通性22例,治疗前后均做头颅CT或头颅B超对照。对照组86例。其中男48例,女38例,年龄最大2岁,最小1月,治疗前后均做头颅CT或头颅B超对照。 诊断标准为:①头颅B超:侧脑室左右径>8mm,第三脑室>5mm;②头颅CT:蛛网膜下腔增宽,侧脑室前角变钝。侧脑室、第三、第四脑室扩大,脑皮质变薄;③临床表现:头围大于同龄正常儿两个标准差,头皮静脉显露或曲
