学生管理是学校教育管理基本的活动之一,扩招等给高校学生管理带来许多新问题。本文以CRM思想为基础,通过旨在对班级活动管理、寝室管理等方面的探讨,找到一些对高职学生管理有价值的方面。
Student management is one of the basic activities of school education management. Enrollment expansion brings many new problems for college student management. Based on CRM theory, this article aims to find some valuable aspects for the management of higher vocational students through the discussion of class activity management and dormitory management.
