RB蛋白是细胞转录的调节因子,可抑制细胞分裂周期所必需的基因表达,RB蛋白由突变失活,可使细胞开始分裂,导致细胞无限制地增殖和克隆选择。70％的视网膜母细胞瘤中在RB基因周围出现染色区即等位基因的缺失。
RB protein is a regulator of cell transcription and inhibits gene expression necessary for cell cycle. Inactivation of RB protein by mutation allows cells to begin to divide, resulting in unlimited cell proliferation and clonal selection. 70% of retinoblastoma in the RB gene appeared around the staining area allele deletion.
