在全球新经济形势下,我国企业面临着严峻考验:市场疲软、增收增效压力大,管理粗放、运营基础不牢固,发展不快、综合实力难提升,士气低落、工作氛围不够好。加强形势教育、抓好运营攻坚、化解内部矛盾、给予人文关怀等,在企业思想政治工作中显得尤为重要。
Under the new global economic situation, the enterprises in our country are facing a severe test: the market is in a sluggish state. There is a lot of pressure on the economy and efficiency, extensive management, weak foundation of operation, unhealthy development, hard overall ascension, low morale and poor working atmosphere. Strengthening education in the situation, doing a good job in tackling operational problems, resolving internal conflicts and giving humane care are all of particular importance in the ideological and political work of enterprises.
