写作是一套思维程序,是把内在的思考化为外在的语言并借助文字清晰而有逻辑地表达思想的过程。因此,写作很难,学会写作并非一蹴而就。议论文写作教学便是训练学生逻辑思维能力的重要手段。与我国直到中学阶段才明确要求写作议论文的情况不同,美国最新课程标准要求从K年级(学前班)开始学会写作议论文。美国小学阶段是怎样进行议论文写作训练的呢?本文结合美国五年级课堂教学实际及教科书内容,具体阐述美国五年级议论文写作训练的主要内容及教学过程。
Writing is a set of thinking processes, which is the process of transforming the inner thinking into an external language and expressing the mind clearly and logically through words. Therefore, writing is hard and learning is not done in one go. Teaching essay writing is an important means to train students’ logical thinking ability. Unlike the situation in our country that did not explicitly require writing essay writing until the high school stage, the latest curricula in the United States required that writing essay be read from K grade (pre-kindergarten). How to train essay writing in American elementary school stage? This text concretely describes the main contents and teaching process of the essay writing training in the fifth grade in the United States based on the teaching practice of the fifth grade in the United States and textbooks.
