本试验使用鱼粉、花生饼、菜籽粕、小麦等原料,分别配制动植物蛋白比为1:7.8、1:3.5、1:2.0、1:1.3的四种饲料,在室内水族箱中饲养朗鱼种。结果表明,在饲料蛋白水平不变的条件下,随着饲料中动物蛋白水平的提高,生长比速上升,饲料系数下降,但饲料中动植物蛋白比高于1:7.8的其他三组,生长比速、饲料系数、蛋白质效率比和蛋白质生产率组间差异并不显著(P>0.05)。鱼粉含量与鱼体蛋白含量呈负相关,回归公式为Y=56.11—0.108x,r=-0.7996。鱼体中干物质及粗脂肪含量随饲料中鱼粉含量的增加有增加的趋势,但变化不显著(P>0.05)。
In this experiment, four kinds of raw materials such as fishmeal, peanut cake, rapeseed meal and wheat were respectively used to make animal protein ratio of 1: 7.8, 1: 3.5, 1: 2.0 and 1: 1.3 Feed, feed the lang fish species in an indoor aquarium. The results showed that under the same feed protein level, with the increase of animal protein level in feed, the growth rate increased and the feed coefficient decreased. However, the other three groups with animal-plant protein ratio higher than 1: 7.8 (P> 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in growth rate, feed conversion coefficient, protein efficiency ratio and protein productivity. Fish meal content and fish protein content was negatively correlated, the regression formula Y = 56.11-0.108x, r = -0.7996. The content of dry matter and crude fat in the fish tended to increase with the increase of the fishmeal content in the feed, but the change was not significant (P> 0.05).
