In the early 1980s, Comrade Wu Zhaojun came to the Forestry Bureau of Wushen Banner, Yi League. For more than a decade, he poured out a piece of oasis in Wushen Banner Desert with hard sweat, and made outstanding contributions to the forestry construction of Wushen Banner. During the construction of Phase III of the Three-North Shelter Forest Project, Wu Zhaojun adopted a “typical guide way” approach to centrally administer the two villages of Ulansemba and Hughort.
