提升容器在矿山生产作业中的使用期限与矿山的寿命几乎相等,一座中型矿山在整个服务年限内,为了提运矿石,也将被迫花费大量能量上百次地提运笨重的提升容器。因此矿井提升容器的轻型化具有重大的经济意义。本文通过采用铝合金减轻提升容器自重的办法,研究了它对提升设备和其它设计参数的影响,探讨了铝合金提升容器在技术应用上的可能性和优越性。并通过铝合金和A_3号碳钢制作提升容器的全面经济对比,提出铝合金应逐步取代目前主要用A_3号碳钢制造矿井提升容器的设想。
The lifespan of a lifted container in a mining operation is almost equal to the life of a mine. A medium-sized mine will also be forced to spend hundreds of energies to lift bulky lifts during the entire service life in order to pick up ore. Therefore, it is of great economic importance for the mine to raise the weight of the container. In this paper, aluminum alloy is used to reduce the weight of the container. The influence of the aluminum alloy on the lifting equipment and other design parameters is studied. The possibility and superiority of aluminum alloy container in the technical application are also discussed. And through aluminum alloy and A_3 made of carbon steel containers to enhance the overall economic comparison, proposed aluminum alloy should be gradually replaced by the current main A_3 made of steel to raise the container to raise the idea of the container.
