文章对锅炉空气预热器的腐蚀原因、存在问题和预防措施进行了分析和论述 ,指出燃料硫含量高、烟气流速偏低 (8%～ 9% )和存在水蒸气造成硫酸露点腐蚀是空气预热器腐蚀的主要原因。同时提出 ,更新设计和采用ESW激波吹灰器是预防腐蚀的有效措施。
This paper analyzes and discusses the corrosion reasons, existing problems and preventive measures of boiler air preheater. It is pointed out that high fuel sulfur content, low flue gas velocity (8% ~ 9%) and dew point corrosion caused by steam exist in the air Preheater corrosion of the main reasons. At the same time, it is proposed that the new design and the ESW shock soot blower are effective measures to prevent corrosion.
