目的:合成氨磺必利。方法:以4-氨基-2-甲氧基-5-巯基苯甲酸为原料,经烷基化、氧化、缩合等反应合成目标化合物。结果:目标化合物经元素分析、红外图谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱确证其化学结构,经HPLC分析其纯度达99.5%,总收率达45.5%。结论:本方法原料易得,适用于工业化生产。
Purpose: Synthetic amisulpride. Methods: 4-Amino-2-methoxy-5-mercaptobenzoic acid was used as the starting material to synthesize the target compound by alkylation, oxidation and condensation reactions. Results: The chemical structure of the target compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, MS, 1H-NMR and 13C NMR. The purity of the target compound was 99.5% by HPLC. The total yield was 45.5%. Conclusion: The method is easy to obtain raw materials, suitable for industrial production.
