图书和期刊版面浪费问题是一种隐性的浪费现象,值得出版业界高度重视。主要表现在空白部分过多、字号行距过大等方面,共同原因包括对节约出版资源的认识不够充分、成本核算未与编辑人员的切身利益挂钩、编辑的责任意识不强等,此外,期刊公款办刊的性质和图书经济效益与社会效益不能兼顾也是导致版面浪费的原因。针对这些问题,出版单位应在宏观上增强节约意识,强化制度约束,并落实到单位和个人;微观上活用书刊版面,提高利用率,增加信息量。
