加强尾矿库安全管理,准确把握尾矿坝堆坝材料物理力学特性和运行规律,对于减少和防止尾矿库溃坝事故的发生,确保尾矿库的安全运行有重要意义。在总结有关尾矿库稳定性分析方法的基础上,利用三轴试验系统,以北京和尚峪尾矿库堆坝材料为研究对象,开展了尾砂非线性力学特性试验研究,整理并得到了用于描述尾砂应力变形特性的三轴试验曲线,并利用邓肯-张EB非线性数学模型对试验过程进行了拟合,拟合结果表明,邓肯-张EB模型能够较好地描述尾砂的受力变形特性。研究结果可为尾矿库安全监测系统位移预警指标的定量预警方法研究提供参考。
Strengthening the safety management of tailings ponds and accurately grasping the physical and mechanical characteristics and operating rules of tailings dam dam materials is of great significance for reducing and preventing the occurrence of tailings dam break accidents and ensuring the safe operation of tailings ponds. On the basis of summarizing the methods of stability analysis of tailing ponds, the triaxial test system was used to study the non-linear mechanical properties of tailings in the dam material of the dam of Houhangyu tailings dam in Beijing. The triaxial test curves describing the stress-strain characteristics of the tailing sand were described. The Duncan-Chang EB nonlinear mathematical model was used to fit the test process. The fitting results show that the Duncan-Chang EB model can describe the tailings well Force deformation characteristics. The results can provide a reference for the quantitative early-warning method of displacement early-warning index of tailings safety monitoring system.
