介绍苏州华能发电厂 2× 30 0MW机组化学水处理分散控制系统的结构、功能和特点。运行人员通过该控制系统设置在化水控制室的操作员站可对净水系统、反渗透系统、补给水系统、凝结水精处理系统、炉水加药系统、汽水取样系统和废水处理系统控制站进行监控管理 ,减少了各子系统常规控制室的设置 ,达到了减员增效和降低发电成本的目的
This paper introduces the structure, function and characteristics of chemical water treatment decentralized control system of 2 × 300MW unit in Suzhou Huaneng Power Plant. Operators through the control system set up in the operator’s station of the water control room can control the water purification system, reverse osmosis system, make-up water system, condensate polishing system, boiler water dosing system, soft drinks sampling system and wastewater treatment system Station monitoring and management, reducing the conventional control room of each subsystem settings to achieve downsizing efficiency and reduce the cost of power generation purposes
