Objective To find out a fast decoding scheme for multimedia video stream.Methods The encoding and decoding process of multimedia information stream is analyzed and the rough jumping and fine jumping algorithm is used to locate the I picture in the video stream.Results A fast search I picture .Conclusion The decoding of multimedia information stream can be realized by faster algorithm, so as to improve the decoding speed and save the decoding time
