长虹C2919PS系列[NC-3机芯]大屏幕彩色电视机,系长虹公司92-97年间先后生产并投放市场的I2C总线控制的大屏幕彩电。该系列机芯彩电主要机型有:长虹C2518、C2919、C2919P、C2919PB、C2919PN、C2919PS、C2919PV、C2919PK、C2939、C2939KS、C2939KV、C3418PSI、C3418PN、C3419、C3419N等多种型号。该系列NC-3机芯彩电功能设置多,并采用I2C总线控制,所以整机组成线路复杂,亮度、彩色、伴音等各种信号流程环节多且流程长,一旦出现故障, 维修是比较麻烦而困难的,因而,本问题的提出很有点典型性和代表性。但任何事物只是相对而言的。只要对线路比较熟悉,对信号流程心中有数,便可从实践中不断总结出一些带有规律性的经验来,维修时便能得心应手,速战速决。下面结合亮度电路的信号流程,介绍笔者的检修经验和体会。
