2013年3月7日,水利部在贵州省余庆县组织召开了贵州省乌江构皮滩水电站水土保持设施竣工验收会议。会议由水利部长江水利委员会副主任陈晓军主持,贵州省水利厅,遵义市水利局,余庆县水利局,建设单位贵州乌江水电开发有限责任公司,评估单位北京水保生态工程咨询有限公司,以及方案编制、设计、监理、监测和施工单位的代表参加了会议。
On March 7, 2013, the Ministry of Water Resources organized a final acceptance meeting of the soil and water conservation facilities of the Guteitan Hydropower Station in the Wujiang River in Guizhou Province in Yuqing County, Guizhou Province. The meeting was chaired by Chen Xiaojun, deputy director of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources. Guizhou Provincial Department of Water Resources, Zunyi Municipal Water Resources Bureau, Yuqing County Water Conservancy Bureau, Guizhou Wujiang Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Water Conservation Ecological Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. Representatives from program preparation, design, supervision, monitoring and construction units attended the meeting.
