佛两线天然气输送管道检测与评价时,发现管道内焊趾多处开裂。通过失效分析和管道服役环境调查,证明开裂原因是管道服役期间发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)。管内输送天然气中H2S浓度高、天然气中含水蒸汽、内焊趾附近存在高的附加拉应力、严重的焊接缺陷(咬边、未熔合等)是导致管道焊接接头发生硫化物应力腐蚀开裂的主要原因。建议进一步加强管道防护,尽快开展管道的安全评价工作,以确保管道安全运行。
Buddha two natural gas pipeline testing and evaluation found that many cracks in the weld toe pipe. Through the failure analysis and pipeline service environment investigation, the cause of cracking was proved to be sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) during pipeline service. The high concentration of natural gas in the pipe conveying H2S, water vapor in natural gas, there is a high additional tensile stress near the weld toe, serious welding defects (undercut, unmelted, etc.) are the main reasons leading to sulfide stress corrosion cracking in welded pipe joints . It is suggested to further strengthen pipeline protection and conduct safety evaluation of pipelines as soon as possible so as to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.
