党内监督是党从人民利益出发,按照从严治党的要求进行的自我约束和自我完善。加强党内监督是马克思主义建党学说的重要内容,是党的自身建设的重要经验,是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的现实需要。当前,世情、国情、党情都发生了深刻变化,对党内监督工作提出了新的更高要求。我们要认真学习贯彻第十七届中央纪委第七次全会精神,充分认识开展党内监督工作的重要性,进一步落实《中国共产党党内监督
Inner-party supervision is the self-restraint and self-improvement of the party based on the interests of the people and in accordance with the requirements of being strictly ruling the party. Strengthening inner-party supervision is an important part of Marxist party building theory, an important experience of the party’s self-construction, and a practical need of promoting a new great project of party building. At present, profound changes have taken place in the world conditions, the national conditions and the party’s conditions, putting new and higher demands on the work of inner-party supervision. We must conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Commission of Discipline Inspection, fully understand the importance of carrying out supervision within our party and further implement the "CPC Internal Supervision
