目的:了解孟鲁司特钠与硫酸镁联合对老年支气管哮喘的治疗效果。方法:选择83例老年支气管哮喘患者分成研究组43例和对照组40例。所有患者都按治疗原则行常规治疗,同时给予研究组的患者孟鲁司特钠和硫酸镁进行治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、并发症、临床症状缓解的时间以及住院时间。结果:两组都无不良反应发生,相比较发现,研究组治疗的总有效率较高,各临床症状缓解的时间也较早,住院时间也较短。结论:孟鲁司特钠与硫酸镁联合能有效的提高对老年支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果,并缩短临床恢复的时间。
Objective: To understand the montelukast sodium and magnesium sulfate combined treatment of elderly bronchial asthma. Methods: 83 elderly patients with bronchial asthma were divided into study group 43 cases and control group 40 cases. All patients were treated according to the principle of treatment routine treatment, while patients in the study group montelukast sodium and magnesium sulfate for treatment. The therapeutic effects, complications, clinical symptoms and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Compared with the study group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was high, the time for alleviating all clinical symptoms was earlier and the length of hospital stay was shorter. Conclusion: Combination of montelukast sodium and magnesium sulfate can effectively improve the therapeutic effect on elderly patients with bronchial asthma and shorten the time of clinical recovery.
