对崇文区25个居委会中6837名14岁以下小儿作了神经系统疾病的流行病学调查。高热惊厥的患病率43.7‰,其它神经系统疾病的患病率为15.7‰,其中智力低下、脑性瘫痪及癫痫的患病率为10.2‰。神经系统疾病的致残率5.1‰。结果表明,小儿神经系统疾病比较常见,先天性疾病和围产期脑损伤是小儿神经伤残的主要原因。
Epidemiological investigation of neurological diseases was conducted on 6,837 children under the age of 14 in 25 neighborhood committees in Chongwen District. The prevalence of febrile seizures was 43.7 ‰, and the prevalence of other neurological diseases was 15.7 ‰. The prevalence of mental retardation, cerebral palsy and epilepsy was 10.2 ‰. Neurological disorders morbidity 5.1 ‰. The results show that children with nervous system diseases are more common, congenital diseases and perinatal brain injury is the main reason for pediatric nerve disability.
