炙甘草汤源于《伤寒论》,具有温中补气、缓急养血、健脾养心、益气补血、温经通脉之功效。中医用此方治疗心动悸、脉结代,历史悠久,疗效良好。近代临床用其治疗某些心律失常也获良效,炙甘草汤注射给药治疗实验性心律失常屡见报道,但灌胃给药预防正常及血虚大鼠氯化钡(Bacl_2)致心律失常、治疗实验性血虚证,尚未见报道。本文对此进行了实验研究,现报告如下。
