目的:分析与探讨中药川芎与赤芍配伍规律。方法:使用HPLC-MS法对川芎与赤芍配伍中的各种化学成分进行研究,以了解上述两种中药进行配伍应用时的规律。建立稳定、可靠、重复性高的HPLC法用于分离,再对所得色谱图进行数据处理,以了解单煎液与合煎液的成分变化。结果:通过对色谱图进行分析可得,川芎与赤芍配伍后,图谱上有新峰产生,并伴有含量变化。结论:川芎与赤芍配伍后能够产生新的化合物,且各自的药用成分的含量也会发生改变,说明配伍使用时对于治疗疾病具有新的意义。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the compatibility of Chuanxiong and red peony. Methods: The HPLC-MS method was used to study the chemical components in the compatibility of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra, in order to understand the rules of compatibility of the above two traditional Chinese medicines. Establish a stable, reliable, highly repeatable HPLC method for separation, and then perform data processing on the resulting chromatogram to understand the compositional changes of the single decoction and combined decoction. RESULTS: After analyzing the chromatograms, the compatibility of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra could result in a new peak on the map, accompanied by changes in the content. Conclusion: The combination of Chuanxiong and radix scutellariae can produce new compounds, and the content of their respective medicinal components will also change, indicating that the use of compatibility has new significance for the treatment of diseases.
