目的 矽肺高危人群的早期判别。方法 103 例Ⅰ期矽肺患者和149 例0 + 期接尘工人, 均记录接尘浓度、接尘工龄等8 个环境因素指标, 也均采取二者的枕后部头发0-5 克, 作Zn 、Cu 、Se 、Ni、Fe 、Mn 、Mg 、Ca 等8 种微量元素的测定, 用SAS 软件中的非参数判别法判别。结果 经现场验证, 得出微量元素的判别优于环境因素的判别, 二种判别经卡方检验(χ2 = 2-120 2) 无显著性差异。结论 用Ⅰ期矽肺病人作标准, 测定发中微量元素, 预测0 + 期中的高危人群是切实可行。
Objective Discrimination of high risk population of silicosis. Methods 103 cases of stage I silicosis patients and 149 cases of 0 + period dusting workers were recorded dust concentration, dust exposure length of 8 environmental indicators, also took both the back of the occipital hair 0-5 grams for Zn , Cu, Se, Ni, Fe, Mn, Mg, Ca and other trace elements were determined by the non-parametric discriminant method in SAS software. Results The field test results showed that the discrimination of trace elements is superior to that of environmental factors. There is no significant difference between the two discriminants by chi-square test (χ2 = 2-120 2). Conclusion It is practicable to use the stage Ⅰ silicosis patients as the standard to determine the trace elements in the hair and predict the high-risk group in 0 + stage.
