建筑基坑工程近接既有已运营地铁车站和区间施工,车站渡线地下结构与新开挖建筑基坑之间形成有限土体,有限土体中有已运营地铁盾构区间隧道。在基坑开挖施工过程中,区间隧道管片开裂,多次出现漏水、漏砂。结合既有工程工况、监测数据分析,认为在有限土体情况下,由于侧向卸载,改变了盾构区间土体应力场和区间周边土压力分布,土体对区间隧道的侧向约束降低,区间隧道在水平方向上产生扩张,区间管片接头张开。对区间隧道的加固进行了简要介绍。目前关于有限土体条件下基坑近接盾构区间施工的工程案例的介绍较少,机理仍处于研究阶段,而工程实践中遇到类似情况的概率越来越高,本文可为类似工程参考。
The construction of the foundation pit project has been close to the existing subway stations and inter-section construction has been completed. The formation of a limited soil mass between the underground structure of the ferry at the station and the newly excavated foundation pit is limited. In the process of excavation of the foundation pit, the pipe sections of the interval tunnels are cracked and water leakage and sand leakage occur many times. According to the analysis of existing engineering conditions and monitoring data, it is considered that in the case of finite soil, the lateral stress of soil and the distribution of soil pressure around the interval change due to the lateral unloading, and the lateral restraint of soil in the tunnel is reduced , The interval tunnel expands in the horizontal direction and the interval segment joints open. The reinforcement of interval tunnels is briefly introduced. At present, the engineering cases about the construction of the foundation pit near the shield in the limited soil body are rarely introduced, and the mechanism is still at the research stage. However, the probability of encountering similar situations in engineering practice is getting higher and higher. This article can be referred to for similar projects.
