汽车侧倾试验台是检验汽车侧倾稳定角的专用试验设备。文章介绍了LX-QYCF-001型汽车侧倾试验台的基本结构,并在此基础上运用故障树分析的方法以汽车侧倾试验台不能正常升降为顶事件分析了汽车侧倾试验台故障发生的机理。对试验过程中汽车侧倾试验台不能正常升降的一个案例利用故障树分析得到的结果进行分析,找到了故障源,并及时排除了故障。最后,针对汽车侧倾试验台的特点提出改进方案与措施,为提高汽车侧倾试验台试验的安全性以及降低故障、及时排除故障具有一定的指导意义。
