我矿井下顺槽皮带机尾部使用的是自制桥式转载机。转载机爬坡处有两块凸形和凹形弯曲溜槽,其作用是将转载机机身从底板过渡升高到一定高度,形成一个坚固的悬桥结构,以便搭伸到输送机机尾上方,将煤运送到胶带输送机上去。通过一节凹形弯曲溜槽,转载机以20°角度向上倾斜弯折,再接上中帮槽准溜槽,将刮板链从底板上引导到所需的高度,然后再用一节凸形弯曲溜槽,把机身弯折20°到水平方向,将刮板链引导到水平桥身部分的溜槽中去(见图1)。因此,凸凹形弯曲溜槽是转载机能否正常运行的关键部分。
