每天清晨,我们总能在公园里、马路上看到跑步健身者的身影。跑步是人们最常采用的一种简单而有效的身体锻炼方式。现在的学生遇到长跑练习时,总是望而生畏。一是因为长跑单调乏味、又苦又累,学生对其不感兴趣;二是教师以布置任务的形式去完成上课内容,太过刻板,导致学生敷衍了事。那么,如何让学生爱上长跑?结合多年的教学实践,我总结了简单且行之有效的“以游戏带长跑”的练习策略。策略一:不同路线带长跑不同路线跑就是在操场或校园沿自己设计
Every morning, we always see runners in the park and on the road. Running is one of the simplest and most effective ways to exercise your body. Nowadays students always dauntless when they encounter long-distance running practice.
