2012年5月18日-7月8日,第二期兵团中小学优秀校长高级研修班学员18人,在农二师华山中学进行了为期50天的集中培训,对“基础教育改革与探索”、“学校管理改革与创新”、“教育科研与课程建设”、“课程改革与教师专业发展”、“学校观察与诊断”、“有效课堂打造”、“校园文化建设”等多个专题进行了学习和研讨。我刊对研修班学员关于校园文化建设的研究成果进行了整理,遴选出5篇文章结篇发表,期待广大基础教育管理者积极参与到校园文化建设的讨论中来,共同为社会主义文化大发展、大繁荣助力。
