我国2005年二氧化碳排放总量为51×108t,居世界第二位。炼化行业的二氧化碳排放比重也在不断增加,其中燃烧排放占绝大部分,生产过程排放其次。国外石化公司为应对二氧化碳减排,采取了改进燃料系统、提高能量利用效率、大力开发可再生能源、利用CCS技术提高油气田采收率、灵活应用二氧化碳排放贸易体系和CDM机制等对策。建议我国石化企业应重点关注常减压、催化重整、催化裂化、制氢、乙烯、合成氨等二氧化碳高排放装置的节能减排,开展二氧化碳综合利用技术的研究与应用,开发可再生能源,运用各种减排政策和机制参与减排活动。
China’s total carbon dioxide emissions in 2005 was 51 × 108t, ranking second in the world. The proportion of carbon dioxide emissions in the refining industry is also on the rise, with the majority of combustion emissions and the second largest emission of production processes. In response to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, foreign petrochemical companies have taken countermeasures such as improving the fuel system, improving energy efficiency, vigorously developing renewable energy, using CCS technology to increase oil and gas field recovery, making flexible use of the carbon dioxide emission trading system and CDM mechanism. It is suggested that China’s petrochemical enterprises should focus on the energy-saving and emission reduction of carbon dioxide high-emission devices such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic reforming, catalytic cracking, hydrogen production, ethylene and ammonia synthesis, research and application of comprehensive utilization of carbon dioxide technologies, development of renewable energy, Various emission reduction policies and mechanisms are involved in emission reduction activities.
