去年11月,农业部水产司在河北石家庄市主持召开了“渔用饲料新蛋白源开发利用座谈会”。从会议交流的情况看,目前唯一取得突破性进展的是Y—11饲料酵母,用其部分或全部替代渔用配合饲料中的鱼粉,应用于池塘养鱼、网箱养鱼、沿海养虾,均取得明显效果,在降低成本、增加效益方面尤为显著。证明其作为渔用新蛋白源是可行的,且其在山东和河北石家庄地区水产良种场已投入批量生产,为推广应用奠定了基础。今年,水产司拟扩大推广Y—11饲料酵母在水产业的应用面,有鉴于此,本刊将吉林、河北近两年推广应用情况简介如下,供大家参考。
