目的:评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的病因诊断价值。材料与方法:2 4例SAH患者进行MSCTA检查,均经CT平扫及腰穿明确诊断,1 8例MSCTA检查后行DSA检查。结果:2 4例SAH中经MSCTA显示动脉瘤1 1例,脑动静脉畸形7例,另6例正常。1 1例脑动脉瘤中MSCTA显示动脉瘤1 3个,检出率为92 . 9%。7例脑动静脉畸形中MSCTA显示与DSA一致。结论:MSCTA是简单,快速,无创伤和可靠性的血管成像技术,对危急重SAH患者可随时检查;MSCTA对颅内动脉瘤具有极高价值,可补充DSA诊断信息。MSCTA对脑动静脉畸形的敏感性极高
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Twenty-four patients with SAH underwent MSCTA. All of them were diagnosed by plain CT scan and lumbar puncture. DSA was performed in 18 MSCTA patients. Results: Twenty-four cases of aneurysm were found in 24 cases of SAH by MSCTA, 7 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations, and the other 6 cases were normal. 1 1 cases of cerebral aneurysms in MSCTA aneurysms showed 13, the detection rate was 92.9%. MSCTA in 7 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations showed consistent with DSA. Conclusion: MSCTA is a simple, rapid, noninvasive and reliable angiographic technique that can be checked at any time in critically ill patients with SAH. MSCTA is of great value for intracranial aneurysms and can be used to supplement DSA diagnostic information. MSCTA is highly sensitive to cerebral arteriovenous malformations
