对12-16.5铺轨车系列轮胎结构进行优化设计。通过调整胎冠帘线角度和帘线假定伸张值,减小密封胶厚度,优化成型鼓肩曲线并将胎面成型方式由原整块胎面改为一块胎面和两块小胎侧,且胎面、胎侧采用不同胶料,调整胎面尺寸等措施,彻底解决了胎里裂口问题,提高了胎坯质量、成型效率和外观一次合格率,降低了轮胎生产成本。
