鼻咽泡状核细胞癌,过去曾称为鼻咽淋巴上皮癌,我国曾一度称为大圆形细胞癌,多把其归属于低分化鳞癌的一种亚型。而世界卫生组织拟定的鼻咽癌的三种组织类型(鳞状细胞癌、非角化细胞癌和未分化癌)中又将其列入未分化癌。而临床实践表明泡状核细胞癌对放射敏感,其放射治疗的预后比低鳞、低腺和未分化癌均好。说明泡状核细胞癌有其独特之处。
Nasopharyngeal bubbly cell carcinoma, previously known as nasopharyngeal lymphoepithelial carcinoma, once known as large round cell carcinoma in our country, and more to belong to a sub-type of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. And the World Health Organization proposed the nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the three tissue types (squamous cell carcinoma, non-keratinocyte carcinoma and undifferentiated cancer) and its inclusion in undifferentiated carcinoma. And clinical practice shows that the somatic cell carcinoma of the radiation-sensitive, the radiotherapy prognosis than the low-scale, low gland and undifferentiated carcinoma are good. Bubble cell carcinoma has its unique features.
