1990年国际刑警组织总部在法国里昴召开了有36个国家和地区参加的反武装抢劫金融机构和押钞车问题的专题会议。自那以后,银行钾钞车的安全问题便成为国际社会关注的焦点之一,与此同时,高新技术与银行押钞车也开始结下了不解之缘。
In 1990, INTERPOL was headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, France and held a special meeting of armed anti-armed robbery financial institutions and charge carts in 36 countries and regions.
