介绍了一种自主开发的新型高温固化环氧沥青,利用旋转黏度仪、万能试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)、动态热机械分析仪(DMTA)分别测试环氧沥青的黏度、拉伸性能、微观形貌特征及动态机械性能,并测试环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔强度、高温抗车辙及低温抗开裂性能。结果表明,在施工温度下,环氧沥青黏度增长较缓慢,能够满足施工要求;环氧沥青拉伸性能良好,其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率均明显高于技术要求;环氧沥青固化后形成沥青分散在环氧树脂中的海岛结构,沥青与环氧树脂相容性良好;环氧沥青的玻璃化转变温度比纯环氧树脂的低,且随着温度的升高,其储能模量比环氧树脂的降低更快。环氧沥青混合料高温抗车辙能力及低温抗开裂能力均十分优异,其强度形成快,可缩短养护时间,实现快速通车。
