1.智能大厦的概念 由于智能建筑发展历史较短,关于智能建筑,目前尚无统一的概念,但如今已被人们普遍接受的观点是:某一建筑物必须同时满足下列要求,才能称得上是智能建筑。 (1) 具有先进的楼宇自动控制系统(BA)能够根据人们的需要,自动调节楼宇内的各种机电设备,包括电梯系统、空调系统、照明系统、治安系统及消防系统等,以创造适合不同需求的人们所要求的不同的舒适工作环境,提高工作效率。
