近两年来我们使用小功率氦氖激光治疗了18例皮肤溃疡并得到了较好的疗效,现特报告如下: 一、临床资料:男8例,女10例,年龄最大者65岁,最小者16岁;10—19岁者1例,20—29岁者1例,30—39岁者2例,40—49岁者6例,50—59者岁1例,60岁以上者7例。病程自1月到7年。其中属于静脉曲张性溃疡者6例,外伤性溃疡者7例,冷冻及电灼性溃疡者5例。溃疡面积最大者7×8×1cm,最小者0.3×0.3×0.2cm。二、治疗时所用的氦氖激光治疗机:系广东省汕头无线电一厂制成的JGZ—1型,激光管250毫米,工作电流3—5毫安,工作电压1300伏,输出功率大于1毫
