Objective To observe the characteristics of 110 reports of adverse drug reactions and provide basis for further reducing the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods According to the retrospective classification statistics, 110 ADR reports reported by Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from January 2007 to January 2010 were analyzed in terms of patient’s age and sex, route of administration, drug category, organ involved, system and clinical manifestations Statistical evaluation. Results The age distribution was the highest in patients over 61 years old, accounting for 32.7%. The incidence of ADR was the highest among different administration routes, accounting for 91.8% of the total. The most ADRs were caused by antimicrobial agents , Accounting for 41.1%. Conclusion The incidence of ADR is closely related to the patient’s age, route of administration and frequency, and the monitoring of severe ADR should be strengthened.
