The gradual establishment of European integration has created new needs for mutual exchanges among different countries within the Community. In recent years, the necessity of initiating foreign language teaching in primary schools and even in kindergartens has been raised many times at international bodies (the language conference held in Paris in 1989). In particular, with the creation of the European market in 1992, this education will in the future be a political, economic and cultural stake. The experience of early education in foreign languages, such as springing up, continues to emerge in Europe. However, these experiences are often local, confined to a particular area, a town or a joint institution, more or less outside the official syllabus. At present, some European countries try their best to incorporate foreign language teaching into the syllabus of primary schools.
